MEI FAN

Interim HEAD of SCHOOL and MIDDLE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
With nearly 20 years in education, Mrs. Fan began at Victory World Christian School, teaching elementary students while earning her M.A.T. at Emory. She later served as Curriculum Director & Principal there. She has taught ELA at Lilburn Middle and leadership at Providence Christian Academy. A wife and mother, she leads through a Christ‑centered lens, guiding students to find God’s call.

JANET HENDRICKS

DIRECTOR of OPERATIONS
Janet brings a deep commitment to youth development and Christ-centered leadership. Holding an MBA and 18+ years experience in youth development, operations and ministry, Janet serves as the Director of Operations at DCS. Prior to DCS, she served as Director of Operations at Crossover Community Impact in Tulsa, OK. Janet is passionate about cultivating environments where children and their families thrive. She and her husband have two beautiful daughters.

MAXANN WANAMAKER

LOWER SCHOOL and PRE-K PRINCIPAL
Mrs. Wanamaker holds an M.Ed. and 20+ years in education. A GISA Master Teacher and former Teacher of the Year, she led Children’s Ministries at Dunwoody Church and taught 12 years at Swift School, earning Orton‑Gillingham certification. A DCS founding board member, she and husband Archie have four adult children and three grandchildren. Now principal, she serves Christ through education.

DIRECTOR of ADMISSIONS and EVENTS
Jasmine Little, Director of Admissions & Events and Cheer Coach, has served DCS for five years. She welcomes families, guides admissions, and stages mission‑focused events with warmth and precision. Backed by admin and community‑engagement expertise, she juggles tasks with grace. As cheer coach she fosters discipline, encouragement, and faith, shaping confident Christ‑centered leaders.
